Dr. Theresa Kohlberg - Practicing Dentist

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Dr. Kohlberg came to Florida in 1992 after graduating from Southern Illinois University. She then did a year residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. After that year she worked in a Dental Clinic where she decided she wanted a practice of her own. In July of 1995 that dream came true and Countryside Dental Group was opened. She practiced in the same location for many years unitl she built a new building for her practice in 2010. She has a great dental team that are commited to serving her wonderful patients.

Vicky Kaminski - Lead Dental Assistant

Since 1995

I am originally from western Pennsylvania.  I moved to Florida in 1993.  I started Dental Assisting in 1992 in Warner Robins, Georgia.  After moving to Florida, I worked with Dr. Kohlberg as an assistant.  After assisting her for many years, I moved to the front office and enhanced my skills there before going back to assisting in the operatories.

Kate Lynch - Office Manager/Assistant

Since 2015

I was born in Warner Robins, Georgia and moved to Florida when I was just a year old. I graduated from Palm Harbor Univeristy High School in 2010 and then went onto SPC to get my general AA. I have been working with Dr. Kohlberg since January of 2015. I worked as one of Dr. Kohlbergs assistants for two years before moving up front to become the office manager.I am very fortune to work with such an amazing doctor and great office!

Amy Miller - Dental Hygienist

Since 2000

I am originally from Edison, New Jersey. I graduated from St. Peteresburg Vocational Technical Institute for dental assisting in 1989. I then went onto the dental hygiene program and graduated from St. Petersburg hygiene program in 1995. I am very fortunate to work with Dr. Kohlberg and such great coworkers since March of 2000.

Toni Maccaroni - Dental Hygienist

Since 2005

I was born in Trenton, New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1993. I graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry. I am so proud to work for Dr. Kohlberg and with such an amazing dental team!

Sarah Gorman - Front Desk/Dental Hygienist

Since 2006

I am originally from Iowa. I moved to Florida in 2002. I graduated from St. Petersburg College - Dental Hygiene Program in 2006 and began working for Dr. Kohlberg that November. It is a privilege to be part of such a great team and to work for a wonderful dentist like Dr. Kohlberg.
